先日の件でMSにフィードバックを送信してみた。

When "position:relative" property is specified at the element (or at it's parent element), the background image (background-attachment:fixed) is fixed, but drawn from the top-edge of the element (or it's parent). It should be drawn from the viewport.

If "width:" property is specified together, IE7 draws correctly.
